What size should I order?
Our items run very true to size. Small (2-4) Medium (6-8) Large (10-12) XL (14-16) 2X (18-20) 3X (22-24). Be sure to read the description. If an item is not true to size it will be noted!
Can you ship to me?
ABSOLUTELY!! We would love to send some Denim&Honey love your way! We ship within the US for free if an order is over $50! We have a flat $5 shipping fee on orders under $50. If you are local you can choose in-store pickup at checkout to pickup in store and avoid a shipping fee! We would love to send your goodies internationally! A fee does apply for shipping, but we can definitely do it!
If I am local can I pick my items up in store?
Absolutely! Select in store pickup at checkout! Once your order is fulfilled you will get an email saying you can pick up next day in store! Our store hours are Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM.
What if an item does not fit correctly?
We hope you love, love, love your goodies! If it doesn't work out we do store credit for items eligible for exchange as long as we receive the item back within 15 days of when the item arrived to you. All sale items, shoes, undergarments, accessories, hats, bodysuits, items purchased using a coupon code of 15% off or more, and swim are final sale. Our full return policy can be found here:
Can I use my Gift Card online?
Yes! If you have an online gift card code enter it before checking out and be sure to hit apply before checkout! If you have an in-store gift card we will need to transfer it to your online account. Be sure you have an account made. Then, snap a photo of the gift card number on the back of the card above the swipe strip and send it to us in email or messenger on social media. We will clear the card and move the balance to your account! Be sure to hit apply store credit before checking out!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Sezzle!
How do I cancel an order?
Once orders are submitted we cannot make any changes. Be sure to apply promo codes or store credit BEFORE placing your order. If you need an order cancelled after placing it, we can cancel if the item has not been shipped, but the amount will be refunded as credit to your account rather than cash back or put back on your card. We only ever "refund" with store credit. We do not refund to cards or in cash. To reach our customer support you will need to email email@example.com message on social media.
