Refund policy

We know that sometimes items just don't fit right.  And that's fine!  Just send it back to us, here's how:

Return Policy:

Items purchased online are eligible for online credit only.  We'll credit your account and you can use the funds on your next order!

The items for return must be received at Denim & Honey within 15 days of the date purchased.

Items must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, and have original tags attached.

All sale merchandise, steal of deals and doorbusters, undergarments, bodysuits, shoes, earrings, and swim are final sale!  Orders using a 15% or more promo code are also final sale!

Online orders are not eligible for exchanges - you must return and re-purchase the item.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items to Denim & Honey.

Items with any type of stains and/or markings, including makeup and deodorant, will not be accepted for a return.  If items shipped to Denim & Honey are not accepted for return and you would like the items returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

If items are returned after the 15 day return limit, the return will not be processed and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee to have the items returned.

If an order needs "refunded" and it has not been processed when we see the email/message requesting a refund, we will charge a 7% restocking fee and that amount will NOT be refunded.
